Hi, I just assembeld this inspirion laptop from dell and am wondering if it is up to date enough with technology to last me a while. I am interested in a few games World of Warcraft, CoD2 – 4, Counter Strike source, and a few others. My current pc is not strong enough to run these and im just trying to make sure this laptop will be efficient. Ill be using it sort of as a desktop with bluetooth keyoboard and mouse. Anyway any feedback on the system itself and where it stands would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t afford a Mac so that is out of the question.
Thank-you
i started look at the macbook and i found it has 2.0 GHz compare to dell’s 1.5 GHz. how much of a diff. does .5 GHz make? also the macbook only comes with a 80 GB harddrive, if im gonna buy a external harddrive like a Maxtor ext. har., will it works with the macbook? and most importantly, if u had a macbook or own a macbook right now, would u recommend it for a college student? im not really a heavy gamer but like to watch movie and listen to music. if u have other suggestion feel free to shout it out.
I am about to buy the HP G70-120EA laptop after looking at a review from http://www.jrich.co.uk/reviews/hp/g70_12…
It seems like a very good PC. If you need a review of the HP G70-120EA jrich.co.uk has a very good one.
The specifications look good:
Intel Core 2 Duo and the Nvidia Graphics 9200 (256MB dedicated) and with 3gb of ram.
But is this Laptop any good for games such as call of duty, spore, crysis etc?
Thanks.
My quick review of the Dell Vostro V13 laptop – please find a full review on my website, www.techgearguy.com. Ranging anywhere from $450 to $650, this model of laptop offers portability not commonly found in this price range. Coupled that with its sleek industrial minimalist design, even a Mac fanboy like myself can appreciate how nice it is.
